What we do goes far beyond offering a diagnosis. Our patient care coordinator will lead each diagnosed patient through every step of the breast cancer treatment process. This dedicated patient representative will:
- Coordinate medical records and compile them into one easy-to-carry and manage book.
- Schedule physician appointments.
- Communicate with referring physicians to coordinate next steps in the treatment plan.
- Our whole goal is to make sure each diagnosed patient knows what to do after visiting our office.
What's more, through our center's multimedia library and our community partnerships, patients and their families can find the support groups, classes and answers they need, in one place.
Please note: Pinnacle Radiology (19636 N. 27th Ave., Suite LL1, Phoenix - Map and directions) will continue to perform other kinds of medical imaging. However, all mammography services will be offered at the our Breast Health and Research Center.
