Associate Degree Program


In collaboration with Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC), John C. Lincoln (JCL) is proud to provide one of 10 sites for the Maricopa Community Colleges District Nursing Program (MCCDNP).

Classes are held on the John C. Lincoln North Mountain Campus, in the Cowden Center. The program graduates approximately 32 students per year with an AAS degree in nursing and clinical experience.

How to Apply

1. Complete the MCCDNP nursing degree pre-requisite courses. Speak to a Nursing Advisor at PVCC Student Advisement (call 602-787-7060) to coordinate this process.

2. Apply directly to the MCCDNP.

  • Acceptance is based on criteria such as Nurse Entrance Test, Fingerprint Clearance Card and Statement of High School Graduation or GED.
  • Select the PVCC program as the first option on your application.

3. After the PVCC Nursing Advisor has entered your name into the MCCDNP database, contact College Nursing Programs at 602-216-5670 or email us for application information.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available at PVCC's Office of Student Financial Assistance for some students. JCL employees may be eligible for tuition reimbursement benefits. For information about tuition assistance, contact our Human Resources Benefit Office.
