John C. Lincoln Health Network ranks among the Best Places to Work in the Valley of the Sun in 2007, says The Business Journal.
This is the third time in which John C. Lincoln has made the Best Places to Work list since it debuted in 2003.
The Network earned its ranking as one of the top workplaces in metropolitan Phoenix because of its positive, productive work environment, which retains valued employees.
"I am really proud of the results of this competition, because it was based solely on the results of the survey of the employees of each company," says CEO Dan Coleman.
"A core component of John C. Lincoln’s corporate culture is our ongoing commitment to being a great place to work," he adds. "The fact that votes by our employees put us into the top workplaces again is the best testimony to our success." 
Best Places to Work 2007 winners were selected through an independent survey of employees at companies across the Valley. The Business Journal founded the competition in partnership with BestCompaniesAZ, a Valley human resources consulting firm.
John C. Lincoln Health Network is a not-for-profit organization. In addition to two hospitals, the Network includes health centers, physician practices and a range of charitable community service programs. |
